Mosaic is picture who the ornament is not solid.
How to make in Flash (I make Flash MX 2004) :
1. Open Flash
2. Make one square in stage
3. Make line who make the square messy
4. Change fill of messy square
5. Delete Line of that mosaic
Finish.. Good Luck!
