How to add flash file to html

Maybe we want to add some flash file to we's website or blog, the way it is :
1. Add your flash file to site so we can access the file
2. Add html code like that :
<object width="550" height="400"><br /><param name="movie" value="somefilename.swf"><br /><embed src="somefilename.swf" width="550" height="400"></embed><br /><br /></object><br />

NB : - width and height can be changed
- somefilename.swf can changed to your url of flash file
